Public Intoxication
Brian Freeney, 32, of the 800 block of Sunset Drive, Glenwood, was charged Aug. 31 with disorderly conduct and public intoxication after asking customers at a restaurant on the 9100 block of Golf Road for free food while intoxicated, police said.
Sussan Kano, 42, of the 6200 block of Lincoln Avenue, Morton Grove, was charged Sept. 4 with public intoxication and requiring emergency services at the Jewel-Osco on the 8700 block of West Dempster Street, police said.
Driving under the influence
David Dodda, 53, of the 9000 block of Washington Drive, Des Plaines, was charged Aug. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding on the 8600 block of North Milwaukee Avenue, police said.
Sergio Paiz Sandoval, 34, of the 1900 block of Hood Avenue, Chicago, was charged Sept. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a driver’s license and operating a vehicle with suspended registration after violating lane changing rules at the intersection of Milwaukee and Touhy Avenues, police said.
Speeding
Richard Austin, 22, of the 7000 block of Keeney Street, Niles, was charged Aug. 31 with speeding 67 mph in a 35 mph zone on the 7800 block of Dempster Street, police said. A court date is set for Sept. 27.
Tomasz Suchecki, 26, of the the 8500 block of Overhill Avenue, Niles, was charged Sept. 1 with driving his motorcycle 63 mph in a 35 mph zone on the 7300 block of Dempster Street, police said. A court date is set for Sept. 27.
Enrique Zhinin, 44, of the 7100 block of Emerson Street, Morton Grove, was charged Sept. 2 with speeding 64 mph in a 35 mph zone on West Dempster Street, police said.
Ishaq Mahmood, 19, of the 6600 block of Fairfield Avenue, Chicago, was charged Sept. 3 with speeding 76 mph in a 35 mph zone on the 7900 block of West Dempster Street, police said. A court date is set for Sept. 29.
Trevor Autry, 64, of the 200 block of Edinburgh Court, Naperville, was charged Sept. 6 with speeding 64 mph in a 35 mph zone on the 7900 block of Dempster Street, police said. A court date is set for Oct. 12.
Traffic violations
Petru Butur, 58, of the 7300 block of McVicker Avenue, Chicago, was charged Aug. 31 with driving on a suspended driver’s license after being involved in a traffic accident on the 5700 block of West Touhy Avenue, police said. A court date is set for Sept. 29.
Lucia Flores, 38, of the 600 block of Colonial Avenue, Des Plaines, was charged Sept. 1 with driving without a valid driver’s license after being involved in a traffic accident on the 8000 block of Oakton Street, police said. A court date is set for Oct. 6.
Tameka Kirksey, 42, of the 3600 block of Main Street, Skokie, was charged Sept. 2 with driving on a suspended driver’s license on Dempster Street, police said.
A 16-year-old male from Morton Grove was charged Sept. 3 with driving without a valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on North Milwaukee Avenue, police said. A court date is set for Sept. 29.
Arturo Salazar, 32, of the 8400 block of Dempster Street, Niles, was charged Sept. 3 with driving on a revoked driver’s license on the 7000 block of Dempster Street, police said. A court date is set for Oct. 4.
Fatima Quiroz, 43, of the 2300 block of Central Avenue, Cicero, was charged Sept. 5 with driving on an expired driver’s license at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Ballard Street, police said. A court date is set for Oct. 4.
Alexis Bradford, 23, of the 10000 block of Holly Lane, Des Plaines, was charged Sept. 5 with driving on a suspended driver’s license at the intersection of Dempster and Birch Streets, police said. A court date is set for Sept. 27.
Robert Price, 32, of the 1400 block of Cypress Avenue, North Chicago, was charged Sept. 6 with driving on a suspended driver’s license at the intersection of Golf Road and Greenwood Street, police said.
Jose Mora-Valenzuela, 44, of the 6400 block of Mozart Street, Chicago, was charged Sept. 7 with driving on a revoked driver’s license on the 7400 block of Harlem Avenue, police said. A court date is set for Oct. 6.
Battery
A 14-year-old female from Niles was charged Aug. 31 with domestic battery at her residence on the 6900 block of Wright Terrace, police said.
Patrick Mays, 31, of the 1100 block of Keystone Avenue, Chicago, was charged Sept. 2 with battery after getting into an argument that turned physical on the 6200 block of Mulford Street, police said. A court date is set for Oct. 6.
Unlawful use of weapon
Alejandra Arellanes, 22, of the 9400 block of 42nd Street, Indianapolis, and Robert Breed, 27, of the 8600 block of Lazy Beacon Lane, Indianapolis, were charged with domestic battery and unlawful use of a loaded weapon that was immediately accessible after getting into a fight in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express on the 7200 block of North Milwaukee Avenue, police said.
Public indecency
Terry Phalen, 71, of the 6800 block of Milwaukee Avenue, Niles, was charged Sept. 6 with public indecency following an incident the preceding month at an LA Fitness, police said. A court date is set for Oct. 21.
Trespassing
A car parked on the 9800 block of Lauren Lane was ransacked by one of a set of three unknown male subjects Sept. 3, police said.
Theft
A catalytic converter was removed form a car parked on the 7700 block of Oconto Avenue Sept. 3, police said.
An unknown woman removed between $100 and $150 worth of merchandise from the Old Navy on the 8300 block of Golf Road Sept. 3, police said.
Fraud
A complainant on the 5700 block of West Touhy Avenue stated Sept. 4 that they had gotten a phone call from T-Mobile to authorize a purchase but was not able to answer the phone, which stopped working shortly after the phone call, police said. Surveillance footage showed that the phone’s SIM card had been changed, police said.
